Sync your calendar with Android (0:24)

Your Office Niaga Mail calendar can show in your phone’s calendar app, and changes made in either place are kept in sync.

iPhone & iPad

You add the calendar as a CalDAV account, using your full email address and email password.

Open Settings, then Calendar, Accounts, Add Account. On iOS 18 and later, go to Settings, Apps, Calendar, Calendar Accounts, Add Account.
Choose Other, then Add CalDAV Account.
Fill in:
- Server: mail.officeniaga.com
- User Name: your full email address
- Password: your email password
- Description: a name for your own reference, for example Office calendar
Tap Next and wait for your iPhone to verify the account.
Turn on Calendars and Reminders, then tap Save.

Android

Android does not support CalDAV directly. You need a sync app. We use DAVx⁵, which you can get from Google Play or free from F-Droid. The first time you open it, it shows a few setup screens (permissions, sync intervals); accept the defaults.

Install the app, open it and tap Add account.
Choose Login with URL and user name and tap Continue. Then fill in:
- Base URL: https://mail.officeniaga.com/webdav/cal
- User name: your full email address
- Password: your email password
Tap Login.
DAVx⁵ shows the account name (your email address). Tap Finish.
The account opens. On the CalDAV tab, turn on the Calendar switch, then tap Synchronize now.
