Export your contacts

You can download all your contacts from webmail as one file. Keep it as a backup, or use it to move your contacts to another app or mailbox.

Export from webmail

1. Log in to webmail.
2. Open Contacts.
3. Click the three-dot button (…) above your contact list.
4. Choose Export All VCard or Export All CSV.
5. Save the file somewhere safe, such as your computer or company drive.

Which format to pick

• vCard (a .vcf file) - best for phones and most mail apps.
• CSV - best if you want to open the list in Excel or bring it into Outlook.

If you are not sure, export both. The files are small.

Bring them back later

To load the file into Office Niaga Mail again, or into another mailbox, follow Import contacts. Both vCard and CSV files can be imported.

Tip

Export a fresh copy every few months, or before you make big changes to your contact list.

Common issues

How do I move contacts to a new staff member's mailbox?

Export the contacts from the old mailbox, then log in to the new mailbox and import the file. For a full handover, see When a staff member leaves.

Can I keep my contacts on my phone without exporting a file?

Yes. Sync them to your phone instead, so changes show up in both places. See Sync your contacts with your phone.
