Log in to webmail, click the Settings icon in the top bar, then click Account in the left menu.

In the User card, enter a Reply-To Email Address if you want replies sent somewhere else, for example sales@. Your emails are still sent from your own address.

- Default From Address: pick the address new emails are sent from.
- Use To: address for replies: turn this on or off to suit how you reply.
- Request read receipts by default and Request delivery receipts by default: turn on to ask for a receipt with every email you send.
-
On the same card you can also change:
- Delete Email Action: Move To Deleted Items Folder keeps deleted emails so you can recover deleted emails.
- Compose Font and Font Size, for example Arial and 14.
- Preview Pane, for example Right.
-
Click Save at the top of the page.
To send from a shared address such as sales@, see Create an alias or mailing list. The Show images from external websites toggle on the same card is explained in Why logos and pictures do not show. To add your name and phone number under every email, see Add an email signature.
