    All 159 guides now in Chinese

    Every guide in the help centre now has a Simplified Chinese (Malaysia) version at /zh/: batches 2 to 5 added 120 guides after the first 34, on top of the 5 in the pilot.

    31 step videos in Chinese for the first batch of Chinese guides (getting started, users, phones, spam and security). Videos for the other batches follow as they are rendered.

    The first 5 guides in Simplified Chinese at /zh/, with a language switcher on every guide that has more than one language.

    Menu paths with arrows, step videos re-rendered

    Menu paths in every English and Malay guide now use a right arrow (Settings → Account), and 36 English and 47 Malay step videos were re-rendered to match.

    A new Power BI category with 4 guides and 20 screenshots: what Power BI is and which licence you need, a first report in Power BI Desktop, publishing and sharing, and assigning a Pro licence. Malay versions the same day; step videos for 3 of them followed on 27 September.

    Help for Microsoft 365 from Office Niaga: 28 guides in 7 categories (getting started, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the admin centre, licences), each with a Malay version the same day. 4 web guides followed later that day.

    Office Niaga Help is live

    Step-by-step guides for Office Niaga Mail, Google Workspace, and government and education customers, each checked against the live product, with fresh screenshots and step videos. It replaces the old help articles, and old links redirect to the new pages.
